The Schledehausen Mountain Run "Running up that hill" will take place on September 12, 2026, from 10 AM to 8 PM at the Schledehausen Sports Hall, Am Sportplatz 1, 49143 Bissendorf OT Schledehausen. At this event, you can push your limits by repeatedly tackling a 700 m turnaround course with an incline of up to 10% and a length of 350 m. The goal of the run is to accumulate as many elevation meters as possible within 10 hours, and all proceeds from the event will be donated to the campaign "Every Grandma Counts."

Highlights

  • The race takes place on a 700 m loop course, where an elevation of 32 meters must be overcome over 320 m, corresponding to an average gradient of 10%.
  • After 45 km of running distance, an entry is made in the DUV, and depending on the elevation gained, various awards are given.
  • The event supports the campaign "Every Grandma Counts," which gives the run an additional social purpose.
